Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern your use of Puck Snipe (“the service”, “we”, “us”) — the website and signed-in tools offered at this domain. By accessing or using the service, including signing in with Google or Facebook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Puck Snipe provides optional eBay-related tools for personal use (e.g. drafts, inventory, search). The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.

Accounts and sign-in

Access to the workspace may require sign-in via Google, Facebook, or other methods we enable. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where required and comply with Google’s and Meta’s terms when using their login products.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms (including eBay, Google, and Meta).
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or misuse APIs or credentials.
• Do not use the service to harass others or process unlawful content.

Third parties

eBay, Google, Facebook/Meta, and your hosting provider are independent services. Your use of their products is subject to their policies. Affiliate relationships may apply; see our Affiliate disclosure.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of eBay or other third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Privacy

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
